Daniel Doram is a left-arm spinner from St. Maarten who made his first-class debut for the Netherlands in 2013, aged 15, and plays for the Leeward Islands in West Indies regional cricket. In May 2024 he was named in the Netherlands' provisional squad for the T20 World Cup, ESPNcricinfo reported. ESPNcricinfo describes him as "a Dutch passport-holder from Saint Maarten".

Netherlands debut

Doram, about 6 ft 7 in tall, made his first-class debut for the Netherlands against Ireland at Deventer in July 2013, aged 15, and took 5 for 82, The Irish Times reported; the paper said he "hails from the Dutch Caribbean island of St Maarten". ESPNcricinfo says he played first-class and List A cricket for the Netherlands as a teenager.

Leeward Islands

For the Leeward Islands he took 7 for 29 against Jamaica in the CG United Super50 Cup on 18 October 2023, figures Cricket West Indies (CWI) called the third-best in the history of regional List A cricket. ESPNcricinfo reported that he took 29 wickets at an average of 20.27 in the 2023/24 West Indies Championship. Regional cricket also comes to St. Maarten: in June 2025 the island hosted the Leeward Islands Masters T20.

T20 call-ups

According to ESPNcricinfo, the May 2024 selection put him in a full Netherlands T20 International squad after he had been on standby when the Netherlands toured Nepal earlier that year. DutchNews reported in February 2024 that he would travel with that squad as a reserve.
