Mayor of Saint-Martin
The Collectivité's history and worldstatesmen both list him as Beauperthuy's successor and record that Morales took over as mayor on 10 May 1925. Saint-Martin's local government has since changed form; how it works today is explained in SXM Daily's guide to the Collectivité.
