ALEFPA opens Communauté 360 and supported-employment service at Les Salines
ALEFPA-Le Manteau inaugurated premises for Communauté 360 and its supported-employment service for people with disabilities at Résidence Les Salines, Quartier d'Orléans, on October 21.

ALEFPA-Le Manteau inaugurated premises for two services for people with disabilities on Wednesday, October 21, on the ground floor of Résidence Les Salines in Quartier d'Orléans, according to Le97150 and Faxinfo. The services are Communauté 360 and the Dispositif Emploi Accompagné (DEA), a supported-employment service.
Communauté 360
Communauté 360 is a platform that listens to, informs, guides and coordinates support for people with disabilities and their carers. It can help with paperwork and bring in local services to build personalised support. It is reached free of charge on the national number 0800 360 360. Le97150 reported that the line works in the Northern Islands Monday to Friday, except Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
Supported employment
The DEA has operated in Saint-Martin since August 2026. It is for people with disabilities who hold a RQTH (recognition as a disabled worker) and want to find or keep a job. Faxinfo reported that it supports workers aged 16 and over and their employers. It offers individual support that can range from light follow-up to intensive help, and it works with businesses on work placements and contracts.
Each service has one dedicated professional in Saint-Martin, supported by a colleague in Guadeloupe, Le97150 reported. The DEA is funded by the DEETS and Communauté 360 by the ARS.
Prefect Cyrille Le Vély cut the ribbon. He urged local employers to hire people with disabilities "as people in their own right, and not because they are disabled," Le97150 reported.
