Sint Maarten's Department of Statistics (STAT) launched a new website, at stats.sintmaartengov.org, with an interactive statistical dashboard. STAT announced the launch in a release carried by Soualiga Newsday.
What is on it
According to STAT, the site brings together statistics on prices and inflation, the labour market, population and demographics, tourism, national accounts and economic statistics, and social statistics. STAT says it will add more data and publications over time.
The dashboard
The dashboard lets users select indicators, time periods and other variables, filter and compare data, and build their own queries. STAT says it can be opened from the blue dashboard icon at the bottom left of the website.
STAT linked the launch to October's regional statistics focus, whose 2026 theme is "Harmonising Data, Strengthening Resilience".
