Saint-Martin youth groups have until 17 October to apply for FEBECS travel support
Young people under 30 from Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy can get help with 2026 travel costs for school, cultural and sports trips through FEBECS. Applications close on Saturday 17 October 2026.

Applications for this year's FEBECS travel support must be emailed in by Saturday 17 October 2026, according to a notice the Collectivité de Saint-Martin published on 7 October. The fund helps young people from Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy pay for trips linked to school, culture or sport.

Who qualifies
The call is a relaunch. It is only open for young people under 30 who live in the overseas collectivities of Saint-Martin or Saint-Barthélemy. FEBECS mainly backs projects run by non-profit associations or schools.
The trips must take place, or be planned, in 2026. They can be to mainland France or within the Caribbean and the Americas. Examples given in the notice include:
- cultural trips and events
- language-immersion stays
- sports competitions and meetings
Sports clubs can apply for official federation competitions, and for talent-identification events aimed at selection or a place in a certified training centre.
What it pays for
The fund covers transport: plane, bus, train and boat tickets, and in some cases vehicle hire. It does not pay for accommodation.
How to apply
Send a complete application by email to Florent Rosec at Florent.rosec@ac-guadeloupe.fr before the 17 October deadline. Groups that already applied in the first 2026 round are asked to send their complete file again.
