The Village de la Gastronomie on the Marigot waterfront on November 13 and 14 brings together more than 20 restaurateurs and artisans, open from noon to midnight, with entry at EUR 5 a day. Free cooking demonstrations take place from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. on the same days.
At the BBQ contest on November 15, ten professionals are judged by BBQ master Kevin Bludso. The restaurant competition on November 16 and 17 (EUR 5) is judged by 15 guest chefs, including Michelin-starred chefs and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, and the private chefs' competition runs from November 16 to 18 at La Villa les Jardins de Bellevue (EUR 25). A mixology competition with Arthur Sutley runs at the Village from November 11 to 19 (EUR 5), and a cocktail and food pairing is held at Anse Marcel on November 19 (EUR 120, or EUR 150 VIP).
At the Grande Finale on November 20, the four culinary winners cook from a mystery basket for a blind jury, and six mixology finalists compete using a set rum, according to the 2026 programme.
