Where to get screened (Dutch side)
The Collective Prevention Service (CPS) has chosen "Every story is unique, every journey matters" as its theme for Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2026. In a government release on October 1, 2026, CPS urged women to have any new or unusual breast change checked by a health professional and to discuss screening with their provider.
At a free breast and health screening run by the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) on October 3, 2026, an oncologist carried out clinical breast exams for 32 women, and 780 local women have now been screened through AUC's initiatives, the government said on October 5, 2026. The next free screening is set for November 28.
