Simpson Bay Lagoon Authority office moving temporarily to the Ferry Dock opposite PJIA parking
The Simpson Bay Lagoon Authority Corporation (SLAC) is relocating its office to the Ferry Dock across from the PJIA parking lot while the Simpson Bay dock is rebuilt; clearance is at Point Blanche for now.

The Simpson Bay Lagoon Authority Corporation (SLAC) is relocating its office and public services to the Ferry Dock across from the Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIA) parking lot, Port St. Maarten Group (PSG) said in a release carried by 721news. Immigration services are at the same location.
The move is part of temporary arrangements after the Simpson Bay dock closed on October 7, 2026, for reconstruction.
Clearance for now
Until the Ferry Dock offices are ready, clearance is being handled at the Great Bay Clearance Office in Point Blanche, PSG said. PSG will announce when the Ferry Dock office opens.
Hours
The Point Blanche office is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM for customers. PSG said the same hours will apply at the temporary Ferry Dock facility.
