The renovation
Caribbean Journal reported on 27 November 2025 that the resort had completed a major renovation of guest rooms, the pool and public spaces as part of the move, carried out over the previous nine to 15 months. According to the travel publication, each unit received new sleeper sofas, modern kitchen appliances and sliding glass balcony doors, and the pool area was fully redone.
The Atrium offers studios, one- and two-bedroom suites and penthouses, many with full kitchens and balconies. Caribbean Journal said the condo-style layout had long made it popular with families and groups.
